By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Fexmorinden aims to maintain platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fexmorinden Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
